1. Information We Collect

When you use Kart Racing Telemetry, we collect: your email address (for account creation and licensing), a machine identifier (a hash used to bind your license to your computer), payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details), and telemetry data you choose to analyse with our AI Coach feature.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the service, manage your subscription and license, process AI coaching queries, and send important service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Storage

Account and license data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Telemetry data is processed locally on your machine and is only sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) when you use the AI Coach feature. Telemetry data is not stored on our servers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use: Supabase for authentication and data storage, Stripe for payment processing, and Anthropic (Claude) for AI coaching features. Each service has its own privacy policy.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us. You can deactivate machine licenses from your account portal.
