1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Kart Racing Telemetry ("the Software"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software according to your subscription plan. Free users may use the Software with limited features. Paid plans unlock additional features as described on the pricing page.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment with no expiry. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

4. Machine Limits

Each plan allows a specific number of machines (computers) to be activated. You may deactivate machines from your account portal to free up slots.

5. AI Coach

The AI Coach feature provides suggestions based on your telemetry data. Advice is informational only and should not replace professional coaching or safety judgement. We are not liable for on-track outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software, including but not limited to data loss or inaccurate telemetry analysis.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
